Certification of Accuracy
I certify that all information provided in this credit application is true, complete, and correct. I agree to promptly provide any additional information requested by Schomp Automotive or any participating third-party lending institution.
Credit Inquiry and Use of Information
I authorize Schomp Automotive and any third-party lending institution to obtain consumer credit reports and make any inquiries they deem necessary to evaluate my credit application, service or collect my account, consider updates, renewals, or extensions of credit, to offer me other products and services, and for any other lawful purpose related to the credit transaction.
Credit Decision and Reliance
I understand and agree that Schomp Automotive and any third-party lending institution will rely on my application and related information in determining, in their sole discretion, whether to approve or decline the credit requested. If I change the type of credit I am requesting at any time during the application process, I authorize Schomp Automotive to submit my credit application to any third-party lending institution that offers the type of credit I seek.
Information Sharing
I authorize Schomp Automotive to provide third-party lending institutions with any information I have provided or that Schomp Automotive has obtained in connection with my credit application, including my application and any credit reports. I understand and agree that various communications between Schomp and third party lending institutions and/or from Schomp and/or third party lending institutions to me may be conducted after consideration of my credit application has been completed.
Application Retention
I understand that my credit application and related information may be retained by Schomp Automotive and/or third-party lending institutions whether or not my application is approved.
Electronic, Telephone, and Text Communications Authorization
I expressly authorize Schomp Automotive and any third-party lending institution to contact me regarding my credit application via email, telephone calls, text messages, and automated or prerecorded voice messages, including communications sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, at any email address or telephone number (including wireless numbers) I have provided.
I understand that message and data rates may apply and that I am solely responsible for any charges incurred. I understand that my consent to receive such communications is not a condition of credit approval or purchase.
